At the Third Annual Samuel French Awards, my friends Lucy Simon & Marsha Norman received the Award for Sustained Excellence in American Theatre. It was an honor to sing my favorite song from Secret Garden, “Hold On” (I’m biased) and to be on the same bill as the legendary Christine Ebersole & Sierra Boggess. It was one for the books.
